Whistleblower Protection

Files attached to reports by users, often from mobile phones (crime photos, audio recordings, etc.), come embedded with hidden data known as "Metadata/EXIF".

This hidden metadata can reveal where the photo was taken (GPS location), the exact date and time, the phone model and camera settings — exposing the whistleblower's identity even in anonymous reports.

The Etivox platform performs military-grade sanitization: the moment of upload, our engine intercepts the media and completely purges all metadata before encryption and storage. The ethics committee receives 100% clean evidence, making any reverse investigation impossible.

Is the platform compliant with LGPD?

How can I track the progress of a report?

When submitting a report, the whistleblower receives a unique tracking code. With this code, they can access an encrypted chat room to interact with the committee without ever revealing their identity.

Can the company identify who made the report?

No. The technical architecture prevents any tracking. The immutable ledger record ensures no modification can be made to identify the whistleblower, even if an administrator tries.

How does the platform prevent retaliation?

Technical anonymity shields the whistleblower. Additionally, the Ledger Record creates irrefutable timestamped proof that protects both the whistleblower and the compliance committee's decisions.

Is my phone data protected?

Yes. When you submit a report from your phone, we remove metadata such as GPS location, device model, operating system and unique identifiers. Even if someone tries to extract this data from the servers, it simply won't be available. Your phone leaves no traces that could identify you.

What happens if someone submits false information?
